How to Estimate Fence Waste

Waste is a planning allowance, not a rule. A square, simple fence may need little extra; a fence with many cuts, slopes, or custom details may need more.
Why it matters
Guessing adds the wrong extras. Hiding waste inside every line item makes it hard to see what you chose to buy and easy to overbuy panels or hardware you do not need.
